A hike and scramble up School House Ridge from Ballachulish. Left a car in Sout Ballachulish and drove back round to Ballachulish where we set off around 09.30am. We were not too sure how much ice there would be so we packed the rope and gear - turned out the rock was dry and free from ice (however compact snow an ice was still present under foot). More of a scramble than winter climbing mountineering today- rope was not used- but still great fun. Went on to complete the two Beinn a' Bheithir Munros - Sgorr Dhearg and Sgorr Dhonuil.
